The government has extended the $8,000 first time home buyer's package until April 30, 2010.  They have also added another program for Buyer's who are not first time home Buyer's but who have lived in their home for the past five years and wish to upgrade.  This package gives $6,500 toward buying an upgraded home.  The income limits are high for Lewiston / Clarkston area.  Call me for all the informational facts concerning this program.  ·
